Ms. Vargas has a passion for making the everyday woman look and feel like a star. Her exceptional talent and creativity has made her a successful make-up artist. Melissa's vast experience and industry knowledge has given her the opportunity to become a regional freelance make-up artist with various cosmetic companies. She truly believes in making people look and feel beautiful. Melissa is a licensed Cosmetologist from Pivot Point International since 2001 and she recently earned her B.S. in Business Leadership.
