  • Order Processing
    Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing, and 2-3 business days for your shipment to arrive via USPS Priority Mail (Saturdays are not included in business days). Laser lipo items and machinery may take up to 7-21 business days for shipping.
  • Updating Shipping Address
    Please ensure your address is correct before placing your order. Vixen Beauty can only change your address if you contact us IMMEDIATELY at Once your order has been processed, Vixen Beauty cannot alter your address . It will then be the customer's responsibility to contact the courier to change any incorrect details. If the customer incorrectly inputs their address & the order gets "Returned to Sender", the customer has the option to place a new order & get a refund once the package is received by the Sender 'Vixen Beauty' or the customer can request a refund of the products without getting refunded the shipping cost. *Machinery & Lipo items are excluded & the customer will be fully responsible for any costs of re-shipments & contacting the courier*
  • Courier Delays
    Once the courier has the package, Vixen Beauty is not responsible for any arrival delays due to the courier. The customer is responsible for contacting USPS regarding any order delays and filing a claim. A claim must have been filed by the customer & claim number must be provided when contacting Vixen Beauty customer support regarding your return/refund.
  • Return Policy
    All sales are final. If item(s) received are evidently damaged upon delivery, please email us a picture of the packaging along with a picture of the damaged items immediately at Vixen Beauty will re-ship the items once we have received the damaged items. If the buyer is wanting to expedite shipping, the customer will be responsible for the difference in cost for requested shipping.Customer is responsible to ship the item(s) back within 14 days of receiving item(s). Customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) & will be refunded the shipping label once item(s) are inspected. Unless stated otherwise, equipment warranty on item(s) are in the description of the products. Please email in the event an item needs to be replaced.
