  • Order Processing
    Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing, and 2-3 business days for your shipment to arrive via USPS Priority Mail (Saturdays are not included in business days). Laser lipo items and machinery may take up to 7-21 business days for shipping.
  • Updating Shipping Address
    Address Accuracy: Address changes can only be made before the shipping label is created. Once the label is generated, the address cannot be changed. It is crucial to enter the correct address when placing your order. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately to correct it. Returned or Insufficient Address: If an order is returned to Vixen Beauty LLC due to an incorrect or insufficient address, the customer has the following options: Place a new order and receive a refund for the original order once the package is returned to Vixen Beauty LLC (shipping costs are non-refundable). Request a refund for the products (shipping fees are non-refundable), which will include a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will only be processed once the package is received by Vixen Beauty LLC. Laser Lipo items and machinery are excluded from this policy. The customer will be responsible for all re-shipment costs and contacting the courier.
  • Courier Delays
    Once a package is handed over to the courier, Vixen Beauty LLC is not liable for any delays. Customers are responsible for contacting USPS or UPS directly for any order delays or issues, including filing a claim. To inquire about a return or refund, customers must first file a claim with the courier and provide the claim number to Vixen Beauty customer support.
  • Return Policy
    All sales are final. If item(s) received are evidently damaged upon delivery, please email us a picture of the packaging along with a picture of the damaged items immediately at contact@byvixenbeauty.com. Vixen Beauty will re-ship the items once we have received the damaged items. If the buyer is wanting to expedite shipping, the customer will be responsible for the difference in cost for requested shipping.Customer is responsible to ship the item(s) back within 14 days of receiving item(s). Customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) & will be refunded the shipping label once item(s) are inspected. Unless stated otherwise, equipment warranty on item(s) are in the description of the products. Please email contact@byvixenbeauty.com in the event an item needs to be replaced.
