BOOKING POLICIES

Please read all our booking policies before scheduling your appointment

By booking your appointment, you certify that you have read, understand, and agree to all terms and conditions stated below.

DEPOSITS

  • A non-refundable deposit of $25 is mandatory. This deposit will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking. All clients are required to maintain a valid credit card on file.

  • The deposit amount serves as a reservation fee and is applied toward the total cost of the requested service.

  • Clients have the option to transfer their deposits to a different appointment time up until 24 hours before the scheduled session.

  • After the 24 hour, a new deposit will be necessary to proceed with the appointment.

CANCELLATIONS

  • We have a 24 hour cancellation policy with no exceptions.

  • Appointments cannot be rescheduled within 24 hours preceding the scheduled appointment time. ( If your appointment is scheduled for 2:00 pm on Tuesday, the deadline to reschedule falls at 2:00 pm today (Sunday)

  • Cancellation Fees:

  • No Call, No Show: The deposit will be forfeited, and 75% of the service fee will be charged.

  • Same-Day Cancellation: 1 hour before your scheduled appointment The deposit will be forfeited, and 50% of the service fee will be charged.

LATE

  • As our schedule allows limited flexibility for clients arriving late to their scheduled appointments, we have implemented the following fee structure to safeguard our valuable time and resources used for setup:

  • 10 Minutes Late: Clients arriving 10 minutes late will incur a $20 late fee, which will be added to the remaining balance.

  • After 15 Minutes: YOU will be marked as a "no call, no show." Consequently, the appointment will be canceled, the deposit will be forfeited, and 75% of the service fee will be charged to the card on file.

RESCHEDULING

  • Before 24 Hours Cancellation:

  • The deposit will be transferred to the new appointment time.

  • Rescheduling Procedure:

  • Clients must use the link provided in their initial confirmation email.

  • Rescheduling requests via text, Instagram, or phone will not be permitted under any circumstances. This policy ensures clear communication between the client and the technician.

  • We will honor ONE reschedule within a 24 hour period, (must contact us no later than 1 hour from appointment time). Once used, you must put in a new deposit.

Be advised that any transactions made through credit cards or Cashapp will be subject to a 4.5% service charge.
