SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing, and 2-3 business days for your shipment to arrive via USPS Priority Mail.

Laser lipo items and machinery may take up to 7-21 business days for shipping.  Once the courier has the package, Vixen Beauty is not responsible for any arrival delays due to the courier.  The customer is responsible for contacting USPS regarding any order delays and filing a claim.  A claim must have been filed by the customer & claim number must be provided when contacting Vixen Beauty customer support regarding your return/refund.

Please ensure your address is correct before placing your order. Vixen Beauty can only change your address if you contact us IMMEDIATELY at contact@byvixenbeauty.com. Once your order has been processed, Vixen Beauty cannot alter your address . It will then be the customer's responsibility to contact the courier to change any incorrect details.

If the customer incorrectly inputs their address & the order gets "Returned to Sender", the customer has the option to place a new order & get a refund once the package is received by the Sender 'Vixen Beauty' or the customer can request a refund of the products without getting refunded the shipping cost. *Machinery & Lipo items are excluded & the customer will be fully responsible for any costs of re-shipments & contacting the courier*
