
RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. If your items arrive damaged, please email us immediately at contact@byvixenbeauty.com with clear photos of the packaging and the damaged items.
Once the damaged items are returned and inspected, we will ship replacements. If expedited shipping is requested, the customer is responsible for covering any additional shipping costs. Damaged items must be returned within 14 days of receipt, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. These shipping costs will be refunded once the returned items have been inspected.

Address Accuracy:

Address changes can only be made before the shipping label is created. Once the label is generated, the address cannot be changed.

It is crucial to enter the correct address when placing your order. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately to correct it.
Returned or Insufficient Address:

If an order is returned to Vixen Beauty LLC due to an incorrect or insufficient address, the customer has the following options:

Place a new order and receive a refund for the original order once the package is returned to Vixen Beauty LLC (shipping costs are non-refundable).

Request a refund for the products (shipping fees are non-refundable), which will include a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will only be processed once the package is received by Vixen Beauty LLC.

Reship Your Order- If we’ve already received the returned package, you can pay the shipping fee and provide the correct address for us to reship your order.

Laser Lipo items and machinery are excluded from this policy. The customer will be responsible for all re-shipment costs and contacting the courier.
