To inquire about a return or refund, customers must first file a claim with the courier and provide the claim number to Vixen Beauty customer support.
  • Return Policy
    All sales are final. If item(s) received are evidently damaged upon delivery, please email us a picture of the packaging along with a picture of the damaged items immediately at contact@byvixenbeauty.com. Vixen Beauty will re-ship the items once we have received the damaged items.
