Returned or Insufficient Address: If an order is returned to Vixen Beauty LLC due to an incorrect or insufficient address, the customer has the following options: Place a new order and receive a refund for the original order once the package is returned to Vixen Beauty LLC (shipping costs are non-refundable). Request a refund for the products (shipping fees are non-refundable), which will include a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will only be processed once the package is received by Vixen Beauty LLC. Customers are responsible for contacting USPS or UPS directly for any order delays or issues, including filing a claim. To inquire about a return or refund, customers must first file a claim with the courier and provide the claim number to Vixen Beauty customer support.
  • Return Policy
    All sales are final. If item(s) received are evidently damaged upon delivery, please email us a picture of the packaging along with a picture of the damaged items immediately at contact@byvixenbeauty.com. Vixen Beauty will re-ship the items once we have received the damaged items.
